Anchor Management was only recently founded, on 1 January 2020. It is a fishing company and is quickly establishing itself as a major asset in the fishing industry. The business development of Anchor Management focuses on profitable growth and being the preferred supplier to our large target market of customers. One of our biggest focus points are to make use of sustainable fishing methods to ensure that our resources’ supply will be enough for many generations to come in the future. Anchor management is driven by innovation to produce seafood of the highest quality. Our managers and directors are bright minds that keep an excellent balance between profit-making and sustainability.
What we do…
Anchor Management offers some of the world’s finest and freshest anchovies to consumers. We mainly fish along the coast and in the deep sea, but try to keep a good balance as to save our resources and to give the the fish time to reproduce. We earn revenue by catching and selling anchovies after which we internally process these fish in our own warehouses. There is currently being exported to China and Italy by means of ships. Our head office is located in Cape Town where management make key decisions.
Our employees range from fishermen to clerks to managers and directors. We believe in creating a safe space for our employees while effectively training and motivating them to reach their full potential in the fishing industry. We wish that they will share our sentiment about sustainability and actively pursue preserving our resources.
